Features

From classification to report, one pipeline

The methods feed each other: classification output becomes input for the insight steps, insights become the report, the report becomes five formats. Every step is broken out below.

Insights

More than a sentiment score

Classification results are not a finding on their own. These four outputs explain what the numbers mean.

Executive summary

Key findings, headline metrics and a one-line headline. Not generic filler. Every statement is grounded in the data.

Pain points

Problems ranked by frequency and intensity, each with a severity label and supporting quotes.

Usage motivations

Why customers choose you and stay. Different from positive sentiment: the reason behind the decision.

Personas

Behaviour, not demographics: customer clusters with motivations, concerns and share percentages.

Analysis methods

Thirteen methods, one pipeline

The use case selects which methods run, and results feed each other. Insight steps consume the classification output as input.

Why you can trust it

No fabricated quotes

If a report goes in front of your board, every quote in it needs to be something a customer actually said.

Quotes traced to the source

Every quote is tied to the row it came from and verified in two layers. A quote that cannot be found in your data is not shown.

No silent failures

If an analysis fails, the report says so plainly. An empty result is never presented as a success.

Arithmetic is not left to AI

Distributions, cross-tabs and segment breakdowns are computed deterministically, never asked of a language model.

One language per report

You choose the output language and the report stays in it from end to end. No mixed-language output.

Try it with your own data

One CSV file and a few minutes is all it takes. No credit card required.
