Terms of Use

This English version is provided for information only. The agreement is governed by Turkish law and the Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. General

These Terms of Use govern the use of the YouReply Intelligence platform (the "Platform") provided by YouReply Teknoloji Ticaret Eğitim Danışmanlık Araştırma Organizasyon A.Ş. ("YouReply"). By using the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the YouReply Intelligence feedback analysis platform and all its components
  • User: the person or organisation holding an account and running analyses
  • Data source: an uploaded file or a set of records fetched by a connector and submitted for analysis
  • Connector: a component that fetches data from an app store, a mailbox or an address
  • Service: all features and tools offered through the Platform

3. Account Creation

You need an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide, for the security of your account, and for all activity carried out through it.

4. Conditions of Use

4.1 Acceptable use

  • Lawful and ethical analysis of feedback, reviews and text
  • Analysis and reporting of data relating to your own products and services
  • Connecting sources you are entitled to access

4.2 Prohibited use

  • Uploading or analysing unlawful content
  • Collecting or processing personal data without a legal basis
  • Connecting systems, mailboxes or addresses you are not authorised to access
  • Fetching data in a way that breaches a third-party service's terms
  • Activity that threatens Platform security
  • Unauthorised access to other users' accounts
  • Infringing the Platform's intellectual property rights
  • Presenting analysis output misleadingly or detached from its source

5. Intellectual Property

The design, software, logo and all intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to YouReply. The data you upload and the reports produced from it belong to you.

6. Nature of Analysis Output

Analysis results are produced using large language models. Quotes in reports are checked against the source data before being written, and a quote that does not match is dropped. Nevertheless, summaries, classifications and inferences are the output of statistical methods; they may contain error and do not by themselves substitute for professional advice. Responsibility for commercial decisions taken on the basis of the output rests with the User.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for paid plans are published on the Platform's pricing page. Stated prices include VAT. Payment terms are monthly or annual depending on the plan selected. YouReply reserves the right to change prices upon prior notice.

8. Service Level

YouReply targets 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. YouReply is not liable for force majeure, third-party outages, or the unavailability of connected external sources (stores, mail servers, connected addresses).

9. Limitation of Liability

YouReply does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. YouReply is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the User over the preceding 12 months.

10. Suspension and Termination

YouReply may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is retained for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

YouReply reserves the right to amend these terms upon prior notice. Changes are announced by e-mail and/or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the current terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
