Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform consumers pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

YouReply Intelligence is a digital software platform that analyses feedback text (app store reviews, support e-mails, open-ended survey responses, records from connected addresses) using artificial intelligence, producing an executive summary, pain points, personas and usage motivations. The service is delivered on a subscription basis and accessed through a web browser.

Current plans, limits and prices are published on the Platform's pricing page:

• Free: ₺0 — one data source, 1,000 rows analysed per month
• Academic: monthly subscription — for academics and students
• Individual: monthly or annual subscription — single-user professional use
• Small Teams: monthly or annual subscription — multi-user teams
• Business: monthly or annual subscription — unlimited data sources, priority support
• Enterprise: custom pricing — custom limits, SLA and contract

The information on the pricing page prevails for plan limits and current amounts.

3. Service Fee and Payment

The fee is charged monthly or annually according to the plan selected. Stated prices include VAT. Payment methods: credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Annual payment includes two months free (ten months are charged).

4. Delivery

The digital service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of Law no. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning intangible goods performed instantaneously in electronic form and delivered instantly to the consumer. The consumer is informed of this before purchase and gives consent.

That said, no fee is charged for cancellations made within the free trial period.

6. Complaints and Objections

Consumers may submit complaints and objections through:

For unresolved disputes, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Consumer Consent

The consumer acknowledges and declares that they have read, understood and accepted this preliminary information form in electronic form, and that the necessary information was provided before completing the purchase.
